I grew up playing elite-level soccer in Saskatchewan and earned a scholarship to play at the University of Alberta. When I finished my BA, I travelled to Vancouver Island to complete my degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy. My varsity experience started young, as my dad was the announcer for the U of S men’s hockey program. When I was 13, I joined him there, working off-ice statistics. As an Athletic Therapist I have worked with several sports: basketball, volleyball, soccer, hockey, rugby, judo, ultimate frisbee, rowing and many more. I strive to educate athletes, help them advocate for their own health and work next to them to get back on to their sport.
